In 2023, I was living with my ex-girlfriend and was about to leave for work for over a month. To make our time apart less difficult, I drew little cards inspired by quotes I liked and gave them to her on the day of my departure. The number of cards matched the exact number of days I’d be gone, so she could pick one each day until we met again.

Afterward, I kept drawing new cards as I found it very enjoyable. One day, I showed them to my friends, and they seemed to like them. This gave me the confidence to turn it into something bigger, and step by step, it became what it is today.
